These classes are for those with some experience of Kadampa view, meditation in action, and who wish to deepen their practical experience of the teachings in daily life. The teachings will follow The Mirror of Dharma with Additions, and will include extensive prayers and guided meditations.

Based on three simple guided meditations which are all forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.
Wednesdays | 6:30 - 8pm (PDT)

Without inner peace there is no real happiness at all. Problems, suffering and unhappiness do not exist outside the mind; they are feelings and thus part of our mind. Therefore, it is only by controlling our mind that we can permanently stop our problems and make ourself and others truly happy.
