with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa

We all want to make positive changes in our life. We want to be less insecure, angry or depressed; and instead become more confident, content and happy. However, we often find it difficult to transform ourself in a meaningful and lasting way.

The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha's insights on the methods of transformation, will enable us to let go of our self-limiting views and give us the confidence to change our mind and our life in the most beneficial way.
