Gen-la Jampa will lead the special sequence of 15 meditations taught in Part Two of The Mirror of Dharma with Additions with particular emphasis on how to integrate these meditations into our daily life. Through these meditations we learn how to use all living beings as the objects of our compassion and patience, and all phenomena as the objects of our training in emptiness. There is no greater Dharma practice than this.
