The Power of change our lives
With Kadam Morten Clausen

Lamrim Retreat is a special opportunity to deepen our experience
of the 14 meditations that are the condensation of all of Buddha’s
teachings, presented by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
in 'How To Understand The Mind.'
Everyone is welcome to attend,
regardless of your level of experience.

With Kadam Morten’s guidance we will explore the quality of our
lamrim meditation:

  • Is our meditation actually working?

  • Is it effective in changing our lives?

  • Can we improve the quality of our meditation so these lamrim
insights actually touch and transform our hearts?

  • How can we learn to meditate joyfully and confidently?

  • What does it mean to meditate with blessings?

In the course of the retreat we will explore these and many other topics. Participants may well find that even just attending for a week will greatly enhance your meditations and perhaps even revolutionize your practice, enabling you to gain actual heartfelt experience of Buddha’s profound and transformative insights.

By deepening our inner experience of Lamrim meditations, we can make our lives happy and meaningful, overcome our faults, solve our human problems, and ultimately find the pure and everlasting happiness of enlightenment.

Retreat Structure
Each retreat week starts Friday evening, 7:30pm with an introduction and finishes on the following Thursday with lunch. There will be four meditation sessions every day. You are welcome for the day, weekend or for the full week. You do not have to attend all six weeks to participate.
Each week will cover a different section of the Lamrim. The entire cycle of meditations will be covered in three cycles, and then the cycle will be repeated, allowing us to go deeper over the next three weeks.
