In this introductory course designed especially for beginners, you will learn meditation and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Applying these methods in your everyday life will lead to happiness and a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships. Learn how to get started, and how to set up a personal meditation practice that brings a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life. Everyone is welcome.

John has been studying and practicing for over 14 years and during that time has taught at Kadampa Meditation Centers in Texas and Arizona. He brings a light-hearted yet sincere approach to teaching so that meditation and Buddhism is accessible for everyone.
