As modern people, we have many challenges that distract us and give no peace of mind. Understanding and practicing the three higher trainings has been used by many to gain the lasting happiness that we all seek. 

 

Buddha taught the path to liberation as the three higher trainings: higher moral discipline, higher concentration, and higher wisdom. 

 

All Buddha’s teachings can be condensed into these three practices which are motivated by the sincere desire to be free from all suffering. 

 

In this Sunday series Kadam Morten will give teachings and guide meditations on how to gain a deeper understanding of these important trainings; how to apply the trainings in meditation; and how to use them throughout our daily life

Tantra helps us create positive energy and wisdom through special meditations that lead us to enlightenment.

 

During this Monday night series Gen Rigpa will show us how the basis for training in Tantra is realizing that everyone has an extraordinary potential to live a life of great freedom and joy.

 

This series is perfect for those wishing to attend the NKT Summer Festival in preparation for the Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerment.
