Our Retreat Coaches
Our retreat coaches are volunteers who are on one of our study programs. The role of your retreat coach is to provide structure and guidance for your retreat, helping to ensure that you have a restful and meaningful time here. He or she will meet with you when you arrive for an informal orientation to discuss how best to structure your time here and to help tailor the retreat to suit your own individual need. Your retreat coach will also meet with you once daily to answer any questions and give feedback for your retreat, and he or she will meet with you at the end of your retreat to help you create a plan to help integrate the meditation experience and techniques you learned here into your daily life.
