IN-PERSON & LIVE-STREAMED
Heruka is an enlightened Deity of Highest Yoga Tantra who is the manifestation of the compassion of all the Buddhas. In particular, engaging in the practice of Heruka body mandala, according to the instructions of the Ganden Oral Lineage of Je Tsongkhapa, is the supreme quick path to enlightenment. Following these precious instructions, we should practice Heruka body mandala in conjunction with the ritual prayer called The Yoga of Buddha Heruka. This practice is simple but very profound.
Gen-la Jampa will give commentary to this condensed Heruka practice based on Venerable Gesehe Kelsang Gyatso's instructions in Modern Buddhism. This will be followed by 8 sessions of guided retreat.
This event will be available online until October 10th
PLEASE NOTE: If you had previously intended to register, you may register for this course if you wish.
