Join us for a free bookstore talk at Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Flagstaff on October 14th, 11am with Kadampa Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa. The talk is based on the inspiring new book, How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, author of 22 highly acclaimed books on meditation and Buddhism.
Explore how to cultivate an authentic experience of loving kindness through meditation. By opening our heart to others we can solve many of our daily problems, improve our relationships with others and maintain a happy peaceful mind all the time. After the book talk, there will be an opportunity to have your questions about meditation answered by Gen-la Jampa. Copies of the book will be available at the venue. Everyone is welcome!
Gen-la Jampa is an internationally renowned Buddhist ordained teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).
As a senior teacher of the NKT, Gen-la Jampa has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years and under his guidance has taught at many centers and events internationally.
